About 15 minutes from the Ken Caryl neighborhood sits a little known treasure, the GraceFull Cafe in downtown Littleton. The GraceFull Cafe is a community cafe designed to give a healthy meal with appropriate portion sizes to anyone in the community, regardless of their ability to pay. That’s right, you simply pay what you can and their Foundation will take care of the rest. Their Foundation is largely funded by cafe patrons who pay a little extra or tip really well for their food.
My family and I visited the GraceFull Cafe this morning for the first time as they were celebrating their 1yr anniversary. It’s a cute little cafe right in the residential hub of downtown Littleton. We enjoyed huge homemade cinnamon rolls, a chai latte, a huge mug of extra chocolaty hot chocolate, and truly the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. It was a great environment and great meal for the whole family.
If you’re looking for a great meal, and a great way to help those who aren’t as able to help themselves, or if you know of any families who struggle to afford a place to eat out, send them to the GraceFull Cafe in Littleton. This will definitely become a family tradition for us!
