About Ken Caryl
Ken Caryl Ranch is one of the Metro Denver’s most popular neighborhoods. Ken Caryl (pronounced Carroll), was named after newspaper mogul John Charles Shaffer’s two sons; Kent and Carroll. The Ranch is divided into two primary neighborhoods, the Ken Caryl Valley which is located west of C470, and the Ken Caryl Plains, located to the east of C470. Residents enjoy nearly 6000 acres of open space, miles of resident-maintained trails, an equestrian center, 3 swimming pools, over 20 indoor and outdoor tennis courts, several parks and athletic fields, and 3 community centers for various uses.
For more information about the history and formation of the Ken Caryl Ranch, visit the official Ken Caryl Community website.
Who is Matt Thomson
Matt lives in Ken Caryl Ranch, a gorgeous neighborhood in Littleton, CO, with his wife and two daughters. Matt and his family moved to Ken Caryl in 2013, being attracted by the community, neighborhood, and active lifestyle. They had spent the previous 17 years in Gig Harbor, WA, a small coastal village south of Seattle. Matt began his real estate career in 2004, and spent several years as a top 2% producer in Gig Harbor. The same models, systems, and values that grew the Matt Thomson Home Team to be a top producing team in Washington are in place here in Colorado. Attention to detail, outstanding communication, and advanced technology are all a part of what we do. Understanding that real estate is far more than a home sale, it is an emotional transaction involving schools, community, parks, and overall lifestyle, is the key to what makes Matt and his team so pleasant to work with.
Who is Fathom Realty
The 2014 Inc. 500 listed Fathom Realty as the 2nd fastest growing privately held residential real estate company in the nation. We made that list again in 2015, and again in 2016. Although that is wonderful recognition for us, it hasn’t changed who we are or what has fueled our growth. Our motto certainly isn’t original, “Whoever wants to be great must become a servant,” but more and more people say they find it refreshing. As a company, the fact is we still simply exist to serve. If we get that part right, we believe growth will continue to take care of itself.
What does it look like at Fathom to “serve?” By providing our real estate professionals with support, technology, and training while encouraging, mobilizing, and equipping them to serve you, we have an atmosphere that considers others more important than ourselves. After all, we want you to experience the highest level of integrity and service when you need it most: when you are making a real estate decision.
Our goal is to ensure you are thoroughly served throughout your Fathom experience. Perhaps you can go out and do the same for someone that needs it as well? Let’s change the world together (at least our corners of it!).
